This sign is for a French restaurant in Iwade City, Wakayama Prefecture.

It depicts the horizon of the sea stretching out in a straight line and the shadows of light shining momentarily onto the table. "Remplir" means "to fill" in French. To "fill" means to fill something in the moment, but also to fill something gradually over time as an afterglow.
