I've been fascinated by the world of iron for 22 years.

I have pursued the various expressions and shapes of iron.

In the midst of all this, I was blessed with the "Blacksmith's House," a place where my precious family lives and where my sensibilities are born.

Furthermore, I have expressed a Japanese floor plan in iron, pursuing a new approach to iron.

Two works were created for one woman.
As if each hand were giving shape to life.

One is iron.
While confronting the heavy, hard material,
it was shaped as if in dialogue with an inner resonance.
The other is a plant.
It embraces the voice of budding life and an as-yet-nameless light,
and takes on a new form.
And the paper and thread, shadow and light that receive them.

Returning to the "vessels of life," they are "bathed in light again,"
and begin anew in this world.

Each piece is born only at the point where they intersect.
I hope you can gently touch those small signs.
